Nothing is sweeter than justice being served, and although justice hasn’t been fully served in the case of the Chicago tenants who reside in the South Shore buildings formerly managed by CKO Real Estate, I am happy to report that the city has filed several actions this week, including a lawsuit against the property owners for the conditions of one of the courtyard buildings on 69th and Paxton.
