The Jack Daniel Distillery celebrated its third year of its Classic Remix Grant Program, a fashion-focused grant geared towards supporting the next generation of streetwear designers. The grant awarded three innovative designers by matching 100% of the garment sales from the 2023 Classic Remix Collection totaling up to $100,000.

This year’s program received a record breaking 90+ applications from across the country. The 2023 winners of the program include Rupal Banerjee of Ru by Rupal, Andre Jones of Rabbit 3 and namesake designer Ry Smith who received the three grand prizes. To commemorate and announce the winners of the program, Jack Daniel’s held a private event in Los Angeles showcasing each designer’s winning look determined by this year’s judges. The event was attended by other designers, creatives and industry professionals to celebrate the winners.

“Jack Daniel’s is thrilled to bring our Classic Remix Grant Program back for a third year to help showcase trend setting streetwear designers and bring opportunities to the next generation of emerging talent,” said Keenan Harris, Director of Multicultural Marketing for Jack Daniel’s. “Jack Daniel’s values creators who inspire us daily and we look forward to connecting to and investing in future fashion icons.”

Jack Daniel Distillery has announced they will host the Classic Remix Grant Program for another year and continue to align themselves with the culture to support the next generation of designers through this initiative. Designers will be able to begin submitting applications in the coming weeks.
